Vintage Bridal Editorial

Featured Photo Shoots

Juniper Lane is a unique bridal shop that rescues and repurposes vintage wedding dresses. The only bridal salon in Staunton, Virginia, the shop offers a curated selection of vintage wedding gowns from the 1950’s through the 2000’s. They also offer bridal accessories and formal attire for guests, bridesmaids, and mothers-of-the-bride.

Here’s what the owner, Breanna Decker, had to say about this editorial shoot:

When I opened my vintage bridal salon last year, I rescued countless wedding dresses from dusty closets and preservation boxes and made it my mission to give them a second chance at life and love. Showcasing these dresses at this editorial photo shoot was like showcasing beautiful works of art. We wanted to create a feeling that vintage doesn’t have to necessarily feel traditional, showing brides-to-be that choosing second-hand and sustainable can be a wonderful, unique option.

I was lucky enough to partner with Anna-Louise Cecil, an editorial and brand focused photographer based in Richmond, VA. We also worked with beautiful models, skilled makeup artists, a brand new venue with rolling countryside, and a whimsical local florist.

Thank you for letting me share these beautiful vintages dresses with you!
